Location:  Birmingham, AL

Co-Founder and Managing Member responsible for all areas of Production related activities.  Previously the Regional Production Manager for a large South Eastern Mortgage Company responsible for overseeing a Production Unit of 13 Loan Officers and 7 support staff.  The total production of this unit was annualized at $190 million.  In addition to overseeing, training and recruiting, he produced an average of $25 million in personal production.

Mr. Tindall has been in the Mortgage Banking Industry since 1993, completed a 3 year term as a Board member of the Alabama Mortgage Bankers Association and has obtained the CLO (the State of Alabama Certified Loan Officer) and ARML (Alabama Residential Mortgage Lender) designations.  He is currently on the Alabama Mortgage Broker’s Legislative and Ethics Committees.  Mr. Tindall is a life member of the Auburn Alumni Association and former Board member of the Birmingham Jefferson County Auburn Club and the Birmingham Touchdown Club. 

He has written numerous articles on various mortgage topics for the Birmingham Magazine, Real Estate Lifestyle Magazine, the Alabama Association of Realtors Certified Residential Specialist quarterly publication and the national publication of the Mortgage Originator Magazine.  He has been quoted in the Birmingham Business Journal has also been featured on the Fox 6 morning show in their “Ask the Expert” segment. 

In addition to managing and producing, Mr. Tindall also consults with Community Banks and other institutions desiring to sell loans into a Secondary Market or move from a Portfolio based lending system to one that is integrated with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac backed securities.
